You’ll work directly with our licensed team, led by PMR’s founder and general contractor, Phil. We handle everything in-house—from design planning to construction—so you’re never left guessing who’s on site or who to contact. We also coordinate with trusted subcontractors when needed, always keeping communication clear and consistent.
